$275.00 ea. Approx. size, 19 1/2" x 16" stainless steel. Right now there is a white sheet on 1 side, protective white plastic, you peel it off, the 1 side. That is the way the supplier sent to us.
Fits Model MRS11 or MR11, we are told. It's just a stainless steel sheet, that the dough roller puts the dough on, when it rolls out of the machine, through one of the passes. And there is 2 screws on it as well, to hold it in place.
We ordered them and it's very hard to order from a dough roller company, they don't want to sell parts to anyone. They want to sell a brand new machine and not sell any parts, if you encountered this problem before.
