This is a new old stock, out of production, alarm keypad for the Ademco 1021 1023... etc. Alarm System Keypad Model 5212
The actual keypad model no. is 5212t with 4 led holes; but with three (3) LED lights: red, green, yellow.
They hookup using four (4) color wires: yellow, green, red, and orange wires.
If you need to replace your keypad for this alarm system; you are in luck as these are out of production and hard to find.
