R12 to freeze 12 w/depressor on R12 side & valve core
This adapter will screw onto a R12 Low-side A/C fitting (1/4" Male Flare) , depress the exsisting valve core, and allow you to connect a Freeze 12 hose to it.
The Freeze 12 side or threads has a valve core built in to prevent refrigerant loss when the Freeze 12 hose is dissconnected.
You can leave this adapter on as it comes with a heavy duty rubber seal on the R12 side and a Freeze 12 blue cap.
One side is 1/4" Female Flare with a schrader valve depressor (R12 systems-low side)
The other side is Freeze 12 Male ACME-18 Threads Per Inch (Freeze 12) with built-in schrader valve.
Will allow access to an R12 system with the Freeze 12 hoses.
