One unit powered up as indicated by illumination of off/on switch but did not proceed with any boot procedure or similar activity; upon removing the top cover, there was no obvious indication of missing components; other unit had loose parts inside as shown in photo below and did not power up; both units were in good used cosmetic condition; non-familiarity with product precluded further testing.
