This vertical smoker is constructed of 11 GA steel which is slightly thicker than 1/8" material and is painted with a specialty high heat paint. It comes equipped with quantity 4- 18" x 14" smoker racks that are made of 3/4" expanded metal and framed with steel angle, a 3" color coded dial smoke box thermometer, installed heavy duty gas burner with ash cover that can be used to ignite the charcoal, wood, or used with a large well soaked piece of wood to produce heat and smoke for a longer period of time and an adjustable gas regulator with stainless steel braided hose. The off set fire box also has a built in grill rack which is removable. 1 stainless steel steam/liquid pan that mounts in the lower part of the smoke box is included. 4 heavy duty casters provide ease of movement, 2 casters are locking.
