Has a lot of original paint with original lettering on sides including " Sold By Rock Island Plow Co. Rock Island, ILL. "
Also " Letz Junior ". And " Letz Mfg Co. " " Crown Point Ind." " Patented "
This grist mill is in working condition. It was used to grind oats when I aquired it. It was at that time run on a small flat belt on the flat pulley that is on it. I have used that motor for another use.
Condition is very good. There is no rusting through of the hopper, etc. The lettering is very good. This is in very good collectible condition. Most of these when found are in very poor condition that I have seen. All the machine adjustments are in working order. Bearings are of a greased bushing type and appear to be fairly good with minimal wear. There is a picture of one of the grinding burrs to show condition.
The weight of just the mill is almost 130 pounds (I weighed it). Overall dimensions are: height = 34", length = 34", and width = 26 inches.
