We have here a nice medium duty 4" Reed bench vise with a swivel base.
This is model (204R) is typically utilized by machinists.
It is "old metal" and appears to be a real worker.
The screw has good movement, both in and out.
The main handle is straight and solid.
The small "swivel handle" is slightly bent.
The outside jaw topside has a little bit of, "welding splash".
The vise could use a good cleaning-up.
I would be comfortable rating it a solid "B" in good working condition. B+ after cleaning (see pictures)
