New improved model with new router bracket . This new
model uses routers with removable bases only.
No more drilling holes to attach your router . You can easily
attach any router motor to the router bracket with just two hose
clamps. To remove your router for another application all you do
loosen the hose clamps. The u bracket has a slot on the top so the
router motor with the router bit can slide right out .

WAY TO PUT A TENON ON A LOG THIS IS IT !!
What the bigger router bit means to you is no tapering down log ends before
you put a tenon on a log. At the bottom of the page we state the max. diameter
of the log ends thatyou can feed into the wood guides. Because of the bigger funnels in the
wood guides & the bigger router bit you won't have to taper log ends down ,
"this is a real time saver!! If the log fits into the funnel of the wood guide it's
going to get cut down.To put a tenon on the end of a log all you need to do
is push and turn the log end into the hole in the wood guide. Tenon Makers
work just like an electric pencil sharpener,the faster you turn the log the
designed radius shoulder tenon on the end of a log. This tenon was designed
just for the log furniture and handrailing builders. We designed this new
router bit to cut a tenon that has holding power. A tenon has holding power
if some of the shoulder of the tenon can be tapped into the hole you drill in a log.
NOTE, The LOGMAN 2 black router bit will not work in
some of the furniture we build using our Logman Tenon Maker 2.
(I RECOMMEND USING A 2 OR MORE HP. ROUTER that has a variable speed WITH A 1/2" COLLET.)
LISTED BELOW ARE MAX DIA. LOGS THAT WILL FEED INTO
THE NEW LOGMAN TENON MAKER II, WITHOUT HAVING TO
TAPER LOG ENDS. Tenons can be any length for all sizes.
