1929 ONTARIO STATIONARY ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE

Condition: The certificate has been stuck onto a larger piece of cardboard. It is badly discoloured, probably by the glue. There are a few grubby marks and the certificate is creased where it was once folded. The card backing is also discoloured and is worn with small tears around the edges.
